Resumen
This researh, analyzed the management of the educational manager in the community management , where families, the needs of girls and boys , their context and their well-being intervene in the education of children. Additionally, We achieved a mainstreaming between the community and the management of the educational manager in a public and a private kindergarten in Bogota city with similar social characteristics. Two semi-structured interviews were made to the educational managers of the institutions; wich with Atlas ti. We were able to compare the reality of that institutions and the Cartilla 34, whick is the document of the Education National Ministery that gives the guidelines for the Institutions. In this order, that research generated an impacto on that Institutions and reflecto on the process they carry out in management and improve it.
