Abstract

BIODETCO SAS is a business concept focused on the production of cleaning and disinfection products with a strong environmental emphasis. The business plan outlined in this document is centered on a two-year timeline, encompassing the establishment and adaptation of the production plant (all in accordance with the technical standards set by INVIMA) through to the financial management during the production phase. The business plan is evaluated against two specific objectives: first, to achieve self-sustainability with a break-even point within 23 months of operation; and second, to establish a robustly constituted company free of debt within five years. This business plan includes an analysis of the international and national markets, the market during the COVID-19 pandemic, and market projections for the year 2025. Additionally, it examines the entire infrastructure design, providing a detailed logical explanation of its construction, including both gray and black zones, as well as its operational processes.
