Abstract

This document will present the business plan of the dance academy VALPADANCE, a space located in the municipality of Soacha, Cundinamarca, showing the research process for the viability of the same; which aims to generate a space for teaching - learning of classical dance and other dance genres, affordable for the inhabitants of the municipality. In this document it will find marketing and financial studies made to the inhabitants of the municipality; in addition to formats made for the area of recruitment of administrative and teaching staff with which the academy will have and formats for the attention of students and parents in case it is necessary. Description of the programs that will be offered along with the methodology to be implemented in each of them. Besides to the mission, vision, values and objectives established for VALPADANCE.
