dc.description	El congreso internacional de ingeniería civil de la universidad distrital ha tenido un gran alcance, teniendo ponentes locales, nacionales e internacionales, llegando a muchos estudiantes y maestros interesados. Gracias a este avance se ha visto la necesidad de crear un sistema que pueda almacenar y organizar la información en una base de datos. Los resultados de este sistema permitirán realizar un evento más cómodo y sencillo para sus participantes, así como obtener la información más organizada y tener una idea clara de cómo el congreso cada año llega a más personas que se enteran e interesan por participar en él.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The international congress of civil engineering of the district university has had a great scope, having local, national and international speakers, reaching many interested students and teachers. Thanks to this advance, the need to create a system that can store and organize information in a database has been seen. The results of this system will make it possible to carry out a more comfortable and simpler event for its participants, as well as to obtain more organized information and have a clear idea of how each year the congress reaches more people who find out about it and are interested in participating in it.	spa
