Abstract

The consequent degree work developed under the mode of internship of the student Andrés Fernando Carranza Gómez was carried out in the company HR INGENIERIA SAS, located in the town of Kennedy in the city of Bogotá performing activities in the area of ​​tenders and administrative of the organization. The main function of the intern was the elaboration of the proposals for the hiring processes after a search within the public procurement portal - SECOP, taking into account the technical, legal and economic characteristics of the company, in order to achieve the opportunity of awarding the contract. the contracts analyzed and selected. After analyzing that there was not good control over the processes to which the company could choose, the intern proposes a database where the relevant information of these processes is stored, where the main dates such as the presentation of the offer or closing date, and the evaluation and adjudication of the respective contracts. In addition to this, the intern develops a database in Excel where a control is kept with the necessary and available information of the professionals that the company can count on when establishing the work team of the contracts to be agreed.
