Resumen
The use of drones equipped with LiDAR technology for topographic surveys of oil and gas pipelines in Colombia has proven to be highly viable across multiple key areas. From a market perspective, the growing demand for advanced mapping solutions in the energy sector highlights the project's relevance and potential. Technically, the choice of these technologies is based on their ability to generate detailed and accurate information under various conditions, optimizing the efficiency of topographic data collection, even in challenging terrains. Legally, the project has been confirmed to fully comply with Colombian regulations regarding drone usage, reinforcing its viability and facilitating its implementation. Although the rapid pace of technological obsolescence poses a challenge, the project remains economically viable due to the competitive advantages it offers in terms of efficiency and accuracy compared to traditional methods. Furthermore, the implementation of a maintenance and equipment renewal strategy will ensure that the project remains relevant and competitive over time, thus securing sustainable income in Colombia's dynamic hydrocarbon mapping and measurement market.
