Resumen
Within the framework of the National Climate Finance Strategy (ENFC), the Climate Finance Corridor was created. This instrument facilitates the connection between project proponents and potential funders through three lines of action: companies, ministerial departments, and territorial entities. This internship was developed within the territorial line to establish a starting point for promoting the Corridor in the territories. To this end, a departmental prioritization exercise was carried out using a mixed approach and multi-criteria analysis. The criteria considered were: average departmental risk index for rainfall deficit, average departmental risk index for rainfall excess, total GHG emissions, and score in the resource mobilization dimension. As a result, the departments of Bolívar, Cundinamarca/Bogotá, Boyacá, Caquetá, Cauca, Córdoba, and Santander were prioritized for the Corridor's first deployment in the country.
