Abstract

This undergraduate project aims to structure and formalize the entrepreneurial initiative Eventos Arte y Deportes (EAD), a proposal that integrates art and sports to create cultural and recreational experiences. Through a detailed business plan, the study analyzes organizational, financial, and strategic aspects that allow the company’s sustainability to be projected. The document includes the general description of the enterprise, its history, legal foundations, vision, mission, and values, as well as an analysis of competitors, the environment, and the market. In addition, it presents income and expense projections, together with a marketing plan and digital positioning strategies. This work provides a solid basis for the growth of Eventos Arte y Deportes, offering tools that support decision-making and long-term planning.
