Resumen
This document is the report of the work carried out in an internship at the non-profit entity Somos CaPAZes, which took place during the first semester of 2022. The main task of the internship was the review, adjustment and expansion of a guide text for facilitators of a short course on human rights carried out by said entity. This guide text follows, above all, what is stated in the Universal Declaration of Rights of 1948. It is worth mentioning that, for the work of analyzing the results collected during the internship, the term curriculum is understood from the perspective of Ortiz (2014) who assumes it in a tripartite structure by levels. The 'curriculum' category focused in this way served to classify the information collected in an analytical matrix of the relevant results of these traineeships. At the meso-curricular level, the objectives, contents and methodology of the HR course are analyzed; the micro-curricular level is represented in the different modules that make up the course, to which are added substantiated modifications made by the intern in the adjustment tasks at this level. Regarding the macro-curricular level, it was found in the organizational documents consulted that the educational proposal of the entity opts for a constructivist approach (experiential learning) that is briefly summarized in its 2018 manual (pp. 11-12) and that, expands and complements with other conceptual precisions necessary for the discussion and better understanding of this level in particular. Finally, it should be clarified that the modifications designed for the course should be seen more as proposals for the organization to deliberate and take into account if they are relevant or not.
