Resumen
This work systematizes the experience of implementing a digital communication strategy for the Master's in Interdisciplinary Social Research (MISI) at the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. Through a qualitative approach and under the Systematization of Experiences methodology, the transformation process of the program's digital channels is described and analyzed, including the renovation of the institutional website, the reactivation of social networks through content planning, and the coverage of academic events. Beyond the practical execution, this research produces a critical analysis of the process, generating significant learnings about the role of strategic communication in building digital identity, visibility, and community strengthening in a public postgraduate program.
