Abstract

The present work of degree presents the business plan for the conformation of an inspection agency of internal installations of fuel gas of residential and commercial use in the city of Bogotá D.C. INNOVA INGENIERIA Y SOLUCIONES S.A.S is an inspection agency of internal installations of gas with the standardised technical competence to carry out the assessment and verification activities for the network as a whole, pipes, fittings and equipment that integrate the gas supply system to users from the meter. For the creation of this body is included in the structure the implementation of market, legal, technical and financial studies, through which we set the assessment of methodological aspects, legal, operational and organizational to identify with assertiveness the requirements and needs of our business proposal. Through this document, the development of the undergraduate work in the form of entrepreneurship will be presented to achieve the degree as Sanitary Engineers of the Francisco José de Caldas District University. The methodology used for the development of this project is known as qualitative methodology, The grounded theory, which aims to identify the basic social processes, as a basis for analyzing the most important aspects of the aerial study, can additionally be used to better understand a phenomenon already studied and in this way deepen in the, finally the construction of the document, is based on APA standards (American Psychological Association) for a clear and orderly presentation.
