Resumen
The purpose of this work is to offer a somatic view of musical practice, focusing mainly on the performance of the violin. In addition, it aims to systematize a triadic training, understanding this training as a system that works the physical, mental and emotional for musical practice based on the Alexander Technique. Throughout this text, I highlight multiple personal experiences, which paved the way to develop this research, starting with the collection of documents, taking Alexander Technique classes and applying all the guidelines to my musical practice. On the other hand, I call attention to the academy, since the resources offered were not enough to develop a better musical performance during my passage through the Faculty of Arts ASAB, which is why the triadic training proposed here is a guide to strengthen each of the processes of instrumental interpretation.
