Actualización del Plan Institucional de Gestión Ambiental – PIGA para el Colegio Usminia (IED)

Abstract

The document presents the last update of the Institutional Environmental Resource Management Plan in the Usminia District Educational Institution. In this, we worked hand in hand with the educational community, the different aspects that comprise this Plan were analyzed and evaluated through documentation provided by the school administration, as well as visits and collection of information taken from first-hand with the purpose of contrast and verify all visions. Subsequently, the information collected was analyzed and the current aspects of the way in which resources and public services are managed in the school were established. In this way, it was possible to develop different solution alternatives to each of the problems encountered, taking into account the reality of the school and current environmental regulations. All this through strategies that improve the environmental culture in the community, and mainly through the formulation and renewal of the programs covered by the Institutional Environmental Resource Management Plan.
