Resumen
Hip osteoarthritis is a pathology that can cause pain and disability of high degree in the patient, the medicated treatment is based on the use of analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs, however, the complications associated with the prolonged use of these drugs, as the disease progresses, worsens its efficacy more and more. At this point, different levels of surgery and interventional therapy have become increasingly important, among these is total hip arthroplasty (THA); this surgical procedure has a late and poor recovery due to the absence of timely therapies and personalized care. Consequently, a system was developed to determine the maximum angular movement in the hip joint of the patient with TCA, evaluating in a test comprised by 6 exercises each of the movements to evaluate the hip, in this way the present project aims to support the process of therapeutic prescription and future rehabilitation with the particularized approach in the hip joint condition presented by the patient.
