Resumen
Accidents caused by spiders and scorpions are a major public health problem in tropical countries due to the heterogeneity of the habitats and the high abundance of these species (Valderrama 2010, Burdmann and Jha, 2017). There are several studies developed in Colombia that show how accidents by scopicism and araneism represent a serious public health problem that must be addressed in a profound way, since, in addition to the cases that have been reported, high abundance and density are known. highly poisonous species in the Colombian territory (Gomez 2011).
