Abstract

With the objective of leveraging the effective use of information systems implemented by organizations, this project proposes the design of a virtual learning environment in which, through the methodology of business e-learning education, Knowledge of the personnel regarding the operation of such systems at all levels and from each role of the organization. The study of needs will be carried out in a company in the pharmaceutical sector, defining the requirements, content structure and design of the environment that best meets the needs of the company case study, based on the ADDIE methodology. This methodology will train human talent in the functionalities of business management software according to the job profile and will provide the basis for training in the organization's general procedures; Encouraging self learning and allowing improvement in the performance of the work.
