Abstract

A report is presented on the procedure carried out to carry out the updating and verification of the matrix of environmental legal requirements, which was carried out during the last 4 months (September - December). Process that was carried out in three moments, begins with the verification of the standards listed in the matrix, identifying the validity of each one of them, as a second measure the checklists were developed, with the respective annexes, in which it is intended Be more specific in the requirements, according to the different articles of each legal requirement. As a third step, verification of legal compliance was done, using the lists developed, taking into account the existing records in the physical and digital archive of the Office of Environmental Management Bogotá. At the end, the legal requirements are presented, which are not being given full compliance with greater relevance and are given recommendations for improvement actions to be implemented to take into account in the planning processes in the work plans of The OGA.
