Abstract

The Parque de los Locos is a recreational and sports venue for the inhabitants of the municipality of Soacha, which is deteriorated and has been the focus of gatherings of people for the consumption of psychoactive substances and common crime. Because of this, the community proposed to build a sports unit, but there are no topographic studies to start with the elaboration of studies and designs of the sports unit, for this reason it is necessary to have the topography of the land, including all the existing elements in the park and its surroundings such as roads, hard areas, trees, wells, among others that directly influence the design. Given this, we propose the elaboration of the topographic study of Los Locos Park in order to serve as a basis for the development of studies and designs for the construction of a sports unit. For the realization of the topographic study it is proposed to advance the positioning of two GNSS points linked to the IGAC's magna echo network and from these form a closed polygon whose vertices will be used for the radiation of details, additionally it is proposed to perform a geometric leveling from a plate of the aqueduct and sewerage company of Bogotá, so that the elevations obtained from the details are within the frame of reference of the EAAB's altimetry network, and the cadastre of networks is consistent with this network. As a result of the topographic study, it is expected to obtain a floor plan containing the geo-referenced location of the details, a contour line plan, a sewer network cadastre plan, and a report containing the methodology used, the resources used, and relevant information.
