Resumen
This research and innovation project is focused on hydraulics analysis of the inside the inspection chamber, which receive a vertical jet discharge, which can have supercritical and turbulent flows, and have high available energy, which over time it generates damages to these hydraulic infrastructures. To do this, it is proposed to design and build a inspection chamber that complies with Colombian technical standards in order to analyze the dissipation of hydraulic energy from the vertical flow, through the design and implementation of a home physical model of dissipation of Energy. To determine if this energy dissipation model adapts to the system and improves flow behavior, it is proposed to measure variables such as flow, velocity, flow depth, jet impact, Froude and Reynolds numbers generating variations in the injection height of the jet and the slope friction collector. In this way, when collecting and analyzing the data, it is expected that physical model of energy dissipation will considerably reduce the variables value mentioned above, in addition, regulate, standardize flow, and reduce the impact generated to the system.
