Resumen
The process presented here arises from the research developed within the framework of the formative practice of the curricular project of the Child Pedagogy Degree. In this process, rejection is evidenced as a form of self-destruction, which increasingly affects children and young people in school situations. The research problem was identified in the pedagogical interventions within the 301 course of the IED Antonio Nariño, since the dynamics of communication and the relationship between peers was based mainly on rejection and exclusion. Our project focused on identifying the factors that influenced these forms of relationship; to generate scenarios of reflection, recognition of the other and above all of valuing the differences within the classroom; to improve these forms of relationship. In this sense, the categories chosen: (Rejection among peers, collaborative work and assertive communication); were the ones that conveyed the objectives of the research project and that ultimately allowed obtaining the final results in relation to the raised problematic, taking up the perspective of the paradigm of educational action-research and school ethnography, as well as the didactic configuration of classroom project.
