Resumen
This article describes the complete development and testing of a system for transferring power wirelessly. The system implements a Colpitts oscillator circuit which generates a sine wave at a certain frequency. Then this is coupled to a class AB amplifier with Darlington configuration as this provides more current to the sine wave and subsequently merge it into a tank circuit. The tank circuit is calibrated to the particular frequency in the Colpitts oscillator, so that another fully isolated from this tank circuit is coupled through electromagnetic resonance method. In this tank circuit a load is placed to measure voltage, current and power that it was received. Then this sinusoidal signal received is transformed at a DC signal by a rectifier stage and there store it in a battery. Thus the complete system integration and is also a state of the art where main concepts that characterize the system part is done.
