Resumen
This document aims to present a detailed business plan for the creation of K-HIDDEN, a platform designed to support dark kitchens in Bogotá. To build a robust plan, the CANVA methodology was employed, focusing on providing solutions to the challenges arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, which has negatively impacted the food sector. The value proposition of K-HIDDEN is based on offering a practical and effective solution to Dark kitchens in Bogotá, enhancing their visibility and internal management. The platform also aims to provide a personalized and convenient experience for consumers, allowing them to customize orders and track the preparation and delivery of food in real-time. A comprehensive PEYEA/SWOT analysis was conducted to identify strengths, weaknesses, and assess the proposal's position against potential competitors. The results demonstrated the high financial and market feasibility of implementing the platform, highlighting its considerable growth potential in Bogotá. In summary, K-HIDDEN seeks to transform the operation of hidden kitchens in the city, providing them with greater visibility and delivering a unique experience for consumers. Supported by a solid business plan and thorough analysis, K-HIDDEN is positioned as a key player in the food industry of Bogotá.
