Resumen
This report presents the results of the internship carried out at the Dramatic Arts Management Office of the District Institute of the Arts (IDARTES), as the graduation project to obtain the degree of Bachelor in Artistic Education. The internship was developed within the framework of the Bogotá Theatrical and Circus Plan, with the objective of applying the knowledge acquired during the degree program in real contexts of artistic management and production, as well as in processes of documentation, pedagogy, and audience development.
During the internship, various cultural initiatives were supported, including the District Program of Concerted Theaters, the 19th Bogotá Theater and Circus Festival, and the Libro al Viento project, among others. The activities involved event logistics, information systematization, the design of pedagogical strategies using performing arts, and participation in cross-cutting cultural promotion processes.
This experience strengthened professional skills in cultural management, project planning, teamwork, artistic documentation, and the integration of art and education. It also revealed opportunities for improvement regarding the structuring of the intern role within the institution. In conclusion, this internship reaffirms the importance of artistic education in cultural development and highlights its transformative potential in pedagogical and social contexts.
