Apoyo y soporte técnico cartográfico a la fase de diagnóstico de la revisión y ajuste del plan de ordenamiento territorial (POT) de Barrancabermeja en el departamento de Santander

Abstract

The present project, in the form of an internship, was developed in some phases. The compilation and filtering of the available cartographic and legal information was the initial phase of this internship, which allowed to consolidate the cartographic information of different sources of information. A second phase was the physical characterization of the territory based on the information consolidated in phase one. The third phase consists of the consolidation of the results obtained from the characterization of the municipality in the framework of the POT diagnostic process, in this phase the information was mapped and complemented with analysis of urban regulations identifying the scope and limitations. Finally, the fourth phase was the formulation of the alternatives to supply the identified cartographic deficiencies. The result of phase one consisted of a spatial database with the collected cartographic information, the result of phase two was composed of the delivery of a set of maps for each component of the POT. The result of phase three consisted of regulatory analysis documents of the POT related to land use regime. Finally, phase four allowed to address the main problems encountered from the formulation of alternatives that could solve these.
