Desarrollo de un modelo de arquitectura empresarial TOGAF, aplicado en la red de investigaciones de tecnología avanzada de la Universidad Distrital

Abstract

Colombia has been a huge interest for the development of Information Technologies, has been growing enormously over the years, the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies (MinTIC), where the main objective of the government is to seek an better articulated state that transforms public management, through ICT and simplifies the life of citizens, for this the government seeks to implement a reference framework of Enterprise Architecture (AE), for the management of Information Technologies within the state, which seeks, through standard guidelines and guidelines, that public entities are articulated according to the citizen and act more effectively and efficiently. The (AE) is a methodology that based on a comprehensive vision of organizations, allows to align the processes, data, applications and technological infrastructure with the strategic objectives of the business or the raison d'etre of the entities, there are several organizations such as IBM that have applied the (AE) in its operation, has even been potentiated between countries such as USA, Korea, Canada, Spain, Brazil and Colombia. in the District University seeks to establish strategies that can allow the correct lifting, use and distribution of information in such a way that it promotes the easy handling of this, the (AE) is then shown as a solution to clear the way for the integration and alignment of the strategic processes of the organization with the information technologies and in this way reach the proposed objectives
