Resumen
This internship focuses on the integration of aerial and terrestrial photogrammetry techniques to generate a high-resolution three-dimensional representation of the replica of the iconic Taj Mahal, located in Jaime Duque Park in Tocancipá, Colombia. The main objective is to address the challenges associated with obtaining detailed 3D models of complex environments through the synergistic combination of advanced technologies for acquiring high-precision topographic data. The implemented methodology comprises an initial phase of meticulous planning, where GNSS equipment and specialized drones are selected for capturing aerial and terrestrial images, establishing parameters that ensure complete coverage and optimal quality of the collected data. NTRIP positioning technology is used to ensure geospatial accuracy by connecting to base stations that correct GNSS signals in real-time, allowing for the exact location of points of interest and spatial coherence. The central stage involves the acquisition of aerial and terrestrial data using the selected drones and sensors. Subsequently, the integration of these data sets is carried out through advanced photogrammetry techniques, generating detailed 3D models of the Taj Mahal replica and its surrounding environment. Specialized algorithms are applied for precise image correlation and alignment, ensuring the cohesion of the fused data. As a result, accurate and high-resolution three-dimensional models are expected to faithfully capture the topography and architectural features of the study area. This information is valuable for applications in fields such as cultural heritage, virtual tourism, architecture, and archaeology.
