| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de decretos municipales, considerando: 1º que es un deber del consejo aclarar las dudas que no puedan ofrecer sus resoluciones o decretos. 2º que habiendo ocurrido el rematador de los derechos de peaje y consumo cantonal solicitando declaratoria del artículo de la tarifa que dice: por cada carga de harina de trigo se pagará medio real; y del que dice por cada cordero que se mate con el mismo fin, es decir con el de consumo se cobrará un cuartillo. 3º que el consejo al señalar los derechos a las harinas, lo que quiso exceptuar del pago de ellos fueron los trigos que se transportan para semillas y de ninguna manera los que se introduzcan para molerlos y consumirlos.
