The image contains news about municipal decrees, considering: 1st that it is the council's duty to clarify any doubts that its resolutions or decrees cannot offer. 2nd that having occurred the auctioneer of the toll and cantonal consumption rights requesting a declaration of the article of the tariff that says: for each load of wheat flour half a real will be paid; and the one who says for each lamb that is killed for the same purpose, that is, for consumption, a quarter will be charged. 3rd that the council, when indicating the duties on flour, what it wanted to exempt from paying them were the wheat that is transported for seeds and in no way those that are introduced to be ground and consumed.
