Comunicación, Educación y Cultura Política: Implementación de un Ambiente de Aprendizaje para Potenciar la Competencia Comunicativa y Fomentar el Pensamiento Crítico al hacer Radio

Abstract

The research project Communication, education and political culture: implementation of a learning environment to enhance communicative competence and encourage critical thinking in making radio, is developed through the internship modality within the radial program Zona Escolar of LAUD 90.4 FM, radio station of the Distrital University Francisco José de Caldas. This program is directed toward the implementation of a learning environment in which the students are encouraged to think critically and in which they are constructed to be political subjects that are thougth of as fundamental elements of the social net, this is in accordance with the power relations that are established in daily exercises in which the Media do their part by promoting “symbolic constructions of the world” (Zemelman, 1990, p.29), in addition, this will lead to reconfigure, rethink and rebuild the fundaments of society.
