Estructuración Logística para el Funcionamiento de los Parques de Reciclaje en una Ciudad Inteligente

Abstract

The work the work below is an investigation into the recycling parks in the context of an intelligent city, where the concepts, history and state of the art are presented along with a study of the logistics management of the internal operation of the plant production recycling parks, ranging from a daunting prospect to land it on a scale recycling park in the city of Bogota (Colombia). Initially it is contextualized and themes are defined to exhibit, then delves through the current different literature about the topic of recycling parks, in order to establish the history and state of the art of these in the world and emphatically in the Bogota (Colombia). Finally it is made a validation concerning logistics Plan in the "Plan de gestión integral de residuos sólidos (PGIRS)" district proposal about waste management for the production plant only park recycling scale that has Bogota today, through studies of internal logistics for manufacturing projections, distribution is made plant and production planning and structure for its operation is proposed. To Bogotá, it is proposed by PGIRS creating recycling parks in different localities and technological development of these for the city, as a result of research the current management of the district of Bogota, represented by the Administrative Unit exposed special Public Service of the Mayor of Bogotá (UAESP), parks recycling and is shown by a current logistics study, how would operate these under the PGIRS Bogota proposed until 2027, resulting from this a must machinery, equipment and number of staff required to use their ability recycling parks in the city.
