Abstract

Global overpopulation is a problem that is beginning to be seen with concern, the The city of Bogotá has 7,181,469 inhabitants, a figure recorded in the last census population carried out in 2018 by the National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE), and a growth rate of 1.7% per year, which gives us a projection of around 7.5 million people for the year 2021, at this level of population growth must be added to the proportion of international immigration that has settled in the city in recent years; This is why companies, industries and construction companies, begin to focus on the municipalities surrounding the city of Bogotá, in recent years have seen a lot of expansion of the urban area in the savannah of Bogotá this in order to decongest the capital of the republic, the urbanization project "EL SAUCE" is a clear example of this, this project is located in the municipality of Facatativá Cundinamarca (Cll 15 with Carrera 5, Facatativá) 30 km from the city ​​of Bogota.This phenomenon is generating a change in land use in properties that were previously for agricultural use or inhabited by a single family group, through the construction of horizontal property, they have been converted into multi-family buildings which will house people who see a better life in these new housing units. For the execution of the project, a document of Calculation Memories will be prepared, which contains all the calculations and electrical studies corresponding to the electrical design of a set of several multifamily housing units of social interest following the guidelines set forth in numeral 10.1 of the Technical Regulations for installations (RETIE), a document that will be delivered to the construction company MAFER, which will execute the construction of said design complying with all current regulations in the moment. This document will be based on numeral 10.1 of the RETIE, and the regulations of the network operator thus fulfilling the requirement to deliver a detailed design of the electrical project, in addition electrical plans will be delivered with the distribution of outputs electrical outlets per apartment, location of special equipment, electrical outlets of zones common, exterior lighting outlets, routes of pipes or ducts horizontal and vertical, load charts, single-line diagrams, grounding mesh, shielding design and electrical substation design corresponding to the project, Urbanization "EL SAUCE".
