dc.description	Mi proyecto es un proceso personal de reconciliación con mis heridas de infancia a través de la resignificación de mis memorias. Este proceso lo manifiesto mediante una bitácora, en la cual descubro que, en la contemplación, el agua, la cocina y la cerámica, encuentro prácticas que me permiten entrar en estados meditativos. A través de estos estados, logro encontrar valor y sentido en los pequeños detalles de la vida. Es allí, en mi exploración, donde me encuentro de manera consciente en el presente, lo que me lleva a pensar que, al hacer conscientes estas prácticas, hallo sanación y conecto con mi interior: con mi niña pequeña, que siempre ha anhelado sanar, y estar tranquila, en paz, y con la adulta, que ha encontrado maneras de hacerlo, o al menos de intentarlo...De este modo, transformo mi perspectiva y construyo una nueva narrativa de mi vida.
dc.description.abstract	My project is a personal process of reconciliation with my childhood wounds through the redefinition of my memories. I express this process through a journal, in which I discover that, in contemplation, water, cooking, and ceramics, I find practices that allow me to enter meditative states. Through these states, I manage to find value and meaning in the small details of life. It is there, in my exploration, that I consciously find myself in the present, which leads me to believe that, by making these practices conscious, I find healing and connect with my inner self: with my little girl, who has always longed to heal, and to be calm, at peace, and with the adult, who has found ways to do so, or at least to try. In this way, I transform my perspective and build a new narrative of my life.
