Vestigios, resignificando mis recuerdos de infancia

Abstract

My project is a personal process of reconciliation with my childhood wounds through the redefinition of my memories. I express this process through a journal, in which I discover that, in contemplation, water, cooking, and ceramics, I find practices that allow me to enter meditative states. Through these states, I manage to find value and meaning in the small details of life. It is there, in my exploration, that I consciously find myself in the present, which leads me to believe that, by making these practices conscious, I find healing and connect with my inner self: with my little girl, who has always longed to heal, and to be calm, at peace, and with the adult, who has found ways to do so, or at least to try. In this way, I transform my perspective and build a new narrative of my life.
