Abstract

The work done for the systems advisory office was part of the process of developing the application of nominated management within the university, focused on calculating the assessments of special linking teachers in the Chair Hours modality for their two sub -categories Fee and Salaries taking into account the analysis of the requirements stipulated by the end users of the application within the university for the design of the database and user interfaces. The requirements phase was carried out mainly based on the Agreement 003 of 2003 of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, which stipulates the regulations, processes and directives for calculating the salaries of special bonding teachers as well as the factors of Law applied to the calculation of the liquidation thereof. The design of the database was guided and approved by the professional DBA appointed by the systems consulting office, which was deployed for further development of the web application.
