Resumen
The importance of knowing the identity of the subjects so that in this way they are given a treatment and recognition that is in accordance with their thinking and feeling in the world, knowing what they agree on and in common and how they can work to achieve objectives and in what aspects they disagree in order to improve; identity as a personal and social construction of the individual in this case the teaching individual who made the decision to lead a lifestyle to guide, transmit, and has the responsibility to have credibility, trust, charisma; an identification of educational pedagogical tools is made that strengthen the capacity of the graduate in Spanish language and humanities to solve problems of a humanistic ethical type within the classroom and facilitate the teaching of the Spanish language.
