Resumen
The purpose of this degree project is the elaboration of the Environmental Technical Management Plan of the El Paraíso farm located in the municipality of Villeta, Cundinamarca. It has an extension of 2,91 hectares, in this area no productive processes have been carried out and with the purpose of implementing an investment project that adjusts to the characteristics of a sustainable development model and to the country's regulations, a Environmental Technical Management Plan as a tool that allows the use of environmental goods and services, through the application of technologies and processes that adjust to the characteristics of the territory and minimize impacts on the environment. The Environmental Technical Management Plan is formulated for an investment project based on a cocoa crop, a product with high international demand, whose main importers are the Netherlands, the United States, Germany and Belgium. On the other hand, in Colombia the production of Cocoa amounted to 60,535 tons during 2017, which represents a growth of 6.6% in relation to 2016, with a total area of 175,430 hectares, impacting 29 departments of the country, 350 municipalities and involving to 38,000 producing families, taking into account that the department of Cundinamarca ranks sixth in cocoa production nationwide. For the elaboration of the Environmental Technical Management Plan, the environmental characterization of the property is carried out to later design the engineering of the project, making it possible to determine the territorial compatibility and legal technical feasibility. Finally, the respective management programs are prepared, thus establishing an adequate use of natural resources.
