Construcción y actualización de la información base del proceso de gestión y desarrollo del talento humano para la gestación y avance de la política 4: modernización de la gestión administrativa, financiera y del talento humano, dentro del marco del plan estratégico de desarrollo 2008-2016 de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas.

The process of Management and Development of Human Talent belonging to the Operation Model of the District University as a process of support and management of resources within the framework of the SIGUD update project, in compliance with the 2008-2016 strategic development plan, where the base documentation of all the processes of the model. The Human Talent Management and Development process was updated with the help of the Officials and has the approval and revision of the leader and Manager. In the first instance, a diagnosis was made of the information of the process that was presented to the Leader and Manager, showing the points to work during the documentary update, later it was updated and built the procedures, Characterization Sheet, Normogram, Formats, Manuals, Instructions, Regulations, Indicators and Risk Map, following the parameters of the Integrated Management System documentation, shown in the Document Standardization Guide. The base information of workloads was also lifted based on the time matrix by means of interviews with the Officials that intervene in each procedure. Obtaining the times of the activities and the frequency so that later the study of workloads is carried out. The review scheme of the Documentation was in the first instance with the official in charge of the activity and then the review and adjustment with the Process Manager and finally the leader in order to make the request for documentation to the Integrated Management System of the District University. From the updating and construction of the information, recommendations were made for the Human Talent Management and Development process that were shown to the manager and leader to be discussed and taken into account, as well as improvement plans for the most critical risks thrown in matrix. The University in terms of its operation model must guarantee financial, human resources to efficiently support the mission processes of Teaching, Extension and Social Projection, and Research Management attacking as critical points the work environment, the updating of the functions manual and staff turnover, in addition to implementing the Integrated Management System.
