Contegral S.A.S. is a company with more than 60 years in the market with high recognition and tradition, is a company dedicated to the production of concentrates for pets, food this company has been in the market with leadership, productivity and competitiveness distinguished by providing customers quality products and be in a constant search for continuous improvement.This report aims to present the approach of a management system ISO 9001: 2015 for the maintenance area of the company Contegral S.A.S., as this area is responsible for the proper functioning of the company, providing the necessary tools for continuous improvement and quality in its products management system ISO 9001: 2015 will contribute to the improvement of its processes and procedures, providing a competitive advantage in the market, satisfying the needs of customers and the quality of the final product.To raise the system quality management for the maintenance area, it was necessary to initially make general diagnosis of the company against compliance with the standards of the norm, highlighting the items that need to be modified, then an evaluation was conducted and analysis the area of maintenance, performing strategic planning the area as a starting point, then the process is structured so that the map of processes and their respective characterization, manual processes, information critical suppliers and assessment of risks was carried out and opportunities following step by step the requirements of the standard, finally indicators and internal audit as a tool for assessing and monitoring the quality management system were established.
