Abstract

Worley Colombia S.A.S is a consulting, study and design company and conceptual, basic and detailed engineering, construction management, supervision and inspection and project management for industrial hydrocarbon facilities, infrastructure works, mining, chemical and energy, its system environmental management is certified with the ISO 14001:2015 standard, from its safety, health at work and environment policy along with its corporate values ​​it strives for environmental protection and sustainability by promoting environmental programs; As a consequence caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the company determined to enable working at home under the provisions of Law 2088 of 2021 to ensure the health care of workers. At the end of 2022, it was being analyzed which work modality would be implemented in the organization? Therefore; The organization's environmental management system has gone through constant change; because weaknesses and threats have been identified in its operation, due to the fact that workers only attend the company facilities when meetings are scheduled, as a consequence the need arises to apply opportunities for improvement in the program for saving and efficient use of water and energy, in the environmental awareness of workers, in documented information, in preparation and response to emergencies to guarantee the convenience, adequacy and effectiveness of the organization's environmental performance.
