Resumen
In the present work of life cycle analysis of hybrid energy systems phase II and diagnosis of stakeholders, it has been prepared taking as a reference the work "Analysis of the life cycle of hybrid energy systems composed of photovoltaic solar systems and diesel plants in the prioritized localities assigned by the IPSE." by a student of the Francisco José de Caldas District University - UDFJC in conjunction with the Institute planning and promotion of energy solutions - IPSE, an entity that since 1999 identifies, promotes, encourages, develops and implements energy solutions for Non-Interconnected Zones. Improving the living conditions of its inhabitants, building peace and equity in the country, in turn promoting the use of renewable energies.
The methodology used can be found in section 8, this is established with the objectives established at the beginning of the internship and based on the collection, systematization and analysis of the secondary information available, with the aim of identifying and evaluating the levels of importance of all stakeholders during the life cycle of hybrid energy projects.
In section 9 a synthesis of the two matrices that were made for the identification and level of importance of the different involved during the planning, execution and dismantling of a hybrid energy system is presented, in this same section a protocol in the form of a flowchart is presented that will help establish the steps to follow to establish which are the groups and organizations directly and indirectly related to the projects implemented in the Non-Interconnected Zones of Colombia.
