Diseño de una compactadora para los residuos aprovechables de la Facultad Tecnológica

Abstract

The following document will show a proposal to solve the problem in the storage of usable waste in the technological faculty of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, which leads to waste in the space allocated to store these wastes and in the amount of journeys that must be made for handling them. The above through the design of a compactor machine analyzing different alternatives that are handled in the waste treatment industry, choosing the ideal proposal through a QFD matrix. With the above, the hydraulic and standard components necessary for the compacting machine are detailed and a finite element analysis of the machine is performed, showing the different efforts and deformations that are applied to the structure of the machine at the time of performing the compaction work. Finally, the economic feasibility of the project is determined.
