Resumen
Context: Salud Total is a private Health Promotion Entity, it has an Administrative Management Area in charge of ensuring the correct management of physical and material resources for the development of the company's operations. The infrastructure area is responsible for the execution of projects that allow increasing the scope and/or adapting the units (locations) for administrative and service operations. Proposal: A Project Management Office is designed to ensure compliance with project planning in terms of quality, schedule, and budget, achieving savings in administrative expenses that contribute to the goal of financial sustainability. Methodology: The development of this work was divided into four stages: First, a diagnosis is made through the OPM3 evaluation, which indicates the level of maturity of project management in the area; Second, the requirements of the Office are identified so that it meets the expectations of the interested parties. Next, the office design proposal is developed, identifying objectives, stakeholders, requirements, and success factors. Finally, the fourth stage carries out a study to evaluate the Organizational, Technical, and Financial feasibility of the proposal. Results: The initial diagnosis identifies the opportunity to improve the standardization of administrative processes and the control that management has over the progress of the projects. From this, a design proposal that is aligned with the objectives and strategies of the area, was developed. The pre-feasibility studies validate the improvement in the processes standardization, the identification of technical tools that would facilitate the management of the projects, and the capacity for savings when the projects are executed at the planned times.
