Resumen
This document describes the experience of an internship at the El Gavilán Sabanero Library, led by the Fundación Ecológica Bacatá. The internship is articulated with the innovation and research cycle "Discards, education and gamification" focused on the development of critical thinking, analysis of urban discards and gamification as an educational tool. The document highlights the Pedagogical Intervention Proposal (PIP) created during the internship, which addresses popular environmental education as an approach for the construction of environmental citizenship. The process is analyzed and its impact on the teacher's identity and in the community work environment is reflected upon. Conclusions and recommendations derived from the experience are presented.
