Análisis multitemporal de la ocupación y del valor catastral en la franja de adecuación de los Cerros Orientales en la localidad de Chapinero

Abstract

The project consists on a multi-tempral analysis of the changes generated by the administrative decisions corresponding to the urban perimeter of the city of Bogotá and the general legal situation in the adecuacy strip of the eastern hills in the locality of Chapinero, the first thing that was made, was the analysis of the historical development of the ocupation of the eastern hills on the locality, then an analysis of the political administrative structure was made going from the general units to the specific ones, that is, in first instance the Zonal Planning Units present in the zone of study were analyzed and subsequently they were analyzed the sectors presen within each one of them because this was the smallest unit that could be studied due to the data delivered by the corresponding entities. Within each sector the number of new or demolished constructions was evidenced in the period from 2004 to the beginning of 2017 and the corresponding analysis to the areas. In addition to this, the change in the cadastral value in the area was analyzed in the same period of time, where a comparison of these appraisals was made with the growth of the city.
