Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa que preste servicios de Ingeniería Civil

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to develop a feasibility study for the creation of a company dedicated to the construction and improvement of housing, located in the city of Bogotá D.C, department of Cundinamarca. The main objective of this company is to provide a solution to the needs of construction and housing improvement for all types of strata, especially the lower strata, based on the allocation of subsidies granted by the National Government. To obtain its feasibility, all the necessary processes will be carried out to evaluate and diagnose its viability. By carrying out studies and analysis in the different areas of business management, it is sought to provide the population with an option to provide Civil Engineering services with quality and economy. Allowing the correct decision-making and thus see the feasibility for the formation of said company.
