Abstract

The recognition of donation as a relationship different from exchange and its understanding within the solidarity economy framework, has highlighted a series of challenges for the donation economy: coordination among participants and their decisions regarding the carrying out, allocation and fair distribution of donations; as well as the challenge of obtaining relevant information that contributes to making these decisions. Therefore, this document details the analysis and development carried out from the discipline of software engineering, which addresses the challenges of coordinating participants in a donation process and accessing useful and timely information for them, focused on the provisioning phase, which consists of the activities of: announcement, collection, and warehouse reception of donations.
