Abstract

This work concludes the investigation about the process of inclusion of extra-school students of the program returning to school to the regular classroom in tenth grade at Restrepo Millán school through the systematization of experience, based on the (voice of the students and teachers) where we reflect on some weaknesses, strengths, learning, changes, hazards, unforeseeable circumstances in the educational environment of this model to be heard and studied as an element and input to make changes and generate strategies, in any intervention that can be done in the program starting from the teachers, institution and the same program from the Secretary of education. It is concluded that the program fulfills its mission from teachers, guidance and directives, by voice of the students it is argued that teachers, retain positive characteristics, on the other hand, if it is necessary to make a reflection before the entities at the head of the program as Secretary of education and the Ministry of education so that the policies, regulations and structure of the program are reviewed, lack of an accompaniment of the students after having left the program. Creation of a figure, follow-up actions for permanent performance improvement, enable more resources, where you can access pedagogical outings, museums, theaters, centers of interest, which help to strengthen the “resocialization” change of those students, Consider increasing the number of subjects not only the basic ones, but others that help to articulate the 10th grade and others such as ethics, life projects that help their sensitization as subjects, students, citizens, increase time periods with these new subjects. ease of access to continuous drug prevention workshops and assume the issue of sexuality with responsibility, the possibility of thinking about going back to school to finish 10th and 11th to continue the process. All this in order to give a broad place to learning.
