Abstract

This document presents the work done during the internship at the Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales-DIAN, with the purpose of supporting the Entity's environmental management system, within the national territory, in relation to the design of the plan of contingency, in the stages of construction and operation, and the follow-up to the handling of the Waste of Construction or Demolition-RCD. With a duration of 6 months in this process, work phases were established where in the first instance the identification of the area and work area was carried out, later the processes that are carried out within the construction of the National Customs Laboratory of the Directorate were identified. of Taxes and National Customs-DIAN, a work route was drawn up together with the Interventoría of the project (University of Antioquia), to finally have preventive or corrective measures and recommendations to take into account to comply with the regulations and mitigate the maximum the negative impacts on the environment. Additionally, the Contingency Plan of the Entity is presented in the stages of construction and operation, within the national territory, where measures are generated to be taken into account before, during and after an emergency and recommendations are made to take into account to conserve the life and integrity of the employees, employees and visitors of the Entity.
