Apoyo en el programa de seguimiento y evaluación a los acuerdos protocolizados en la consulta previa del POMCA río Bogotá

Abstract

The prior consultation provided for in the Bogotá River POMCA with the indigenous communities of the Muisca de Chía, Cota and Sesquilé ethnic group and the Kichwa de Sesquilé ethnic group recognized by the Ministry of the Interior was carried out; a total of 56 agreements were concluded as a result of that consultation and are being followed up by the Directorate of Prior Consultation of the Ministry of the Interior. In view of this, the CAR establishes a plan to follow up the progress of the protocolized agreements. This plan is consolidated by means of a management report, presenting the baseline, a monitoring matrix, responsible parties and the articulation carried out to comply with the agreements. Additionally, the indicators articulated between the CAR, the mayoralties and the Indigenous communities were proposed, in the same way it was urged to consolidate the investments made for each agreement under their responsibility.
