Resumen
In 2025, Colombia offers a favorable business environment, driven by digitalization, government reforms, and the growth of emerging sectors. In this context, we present the case of Sport Enterprise Consulting, a multidisciplinary firm in the sports sector. Its hybrid business model integrates various revenue streams, such as talent representation, sports venue management, and accessory sales. For its incorporation, a Simplified Joint-Stock Company (SAS) is recommended, taking advantage of its flexibility and low registration costs. The company's success will depend on strategic planning that includes the management of specific permits, the implementation of software to manage multiple revenue streams, and the use of digital marketing strategies. Although the project is sound and projected to be technically and operationally viable, its medium-term sustainability will require strict financial control to overcome the anticipated initial deficit, as well as the ability to adapt to a competitive and constantly changing environment.
